You are welcome to book a time to drop off your stroller with the understanding there may be longer usual wait time to complete your assessment and repair.

When your enquiry has been received and checked by a member of our team you will receive confirmation of your booking day and time.
If you're preferred booking is within 2 business days please call our customer service team on (03) 8872 6772 to confirm availability prior to booking.
Please note this is a drop off appointment only.Repairs typically take 5-10 business days to complete.
